WOLF, Lloyd Arthur – of Flint, age 83, passed away March 28, 2010 at Avalon Hospice. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will take place. Burial will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Genesee County Animal Shelter, G-4351 Pasadena Ave., Flint, MI 48504.

Lloyd was born in Bay City, MI on October 7, 1926, son of the late Lloyd Henry and Stephanie (Karpus) Wolf. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy during WWII. Lloyd married Helen Rose Forro on September 13, 1947. Helen preceded him in death on November 18, 2008. Lloyd was a former member of St. Leo Catholic Church and a current member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Flint.
Lloyd is survived by his children, David Wolf, Mary Beth (Fred) Clough, William (Andrea) Wolf and Christopher (Alicia) Wolf; grandchildren, Anne Marie, Jason, Natalie, Christina, Sarah, Nathan, Cameron, Kacie and Ethan and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven and sister, Marge.
