BRILINSKI, Robert W. – Of Flint, age 77, died Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Select Specialty Hospital. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 5, 2010 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Paul Boerger officiating. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation 3-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Robert was born in Flint, Michigan on April 6, 1932 and resided in Flint most of his life. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. On October 25, 1952 he married Mary Lagness. Mr. Brilinski was employed by AC Spark Plug Division for 38 1/2 years, retiring in 1988. Surviving are wife, Mary; three sons, Darrell and wife Rhonda, Dan, Dale and wife Pam, all of Flint; five grandchildren, Brandon, Mandi, Jeff, Jeremy and Cortney; three great-grandchildren, Evan, Tiona and Mya. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister; two grandchildren and one great-grandson.
