REYNOLDS, Rory David — Age 59, of Lennon, died May 2, 2010 at University Hospital, Ann Arbor. Funeral Services will be 12:30 PM Friday, May 7 at Lennon Wesleyan Church, 11280 E. Lennon Rd., Lennon. Interment will be 2:30 PM Friday at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, and 11:30 AM until the time of the funeral Friday at the church. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the Rory Reynolds Memorial Fund (for his grandchildren.) Rory was born November 19, 1950 in Flint. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam from 1969-1971 as a Combat Engineer. He married Mary A. Rabb October 6, 1973 in Grand Blanc. He retired from Chevrolet V-8 Engine Plant with 30 years of service. Surviving are: wife Mary; two children, Roxanne Reynolds of the U.S. Army currently serving in Iraq, Ryan and wife Sarah Reynolds of Jackson; grandchildren, Dean, Joseph, Austin, Sophia, and Owen; mother, Constance Walker of Scottville, MI; sisters, Denise Dongvillo of Scottville, MI, Renita and husband Craig Keelor of Swartz Creek, Tina and husband Juan Yabarra of Hunterville, NC; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved pets Monty and Jack.
