BESTER, Mrs. Jennet A. of the Vassar and Millington area’s passed away Saturday February 19, 2011 at her residence with her family at her side, Jennet was 75. Jennet A. McCormick the daughter of the late Lewis & Bernice (Thomas) McCormick was born in Detroit Michigan on May 12, 1935. Jennet leaves to cherish her memory her four children: Joyce Withers, Rob & wife Karen Withers, Kim & husband Dan Moncman, Tammy Harris, step children: Kim & Jr. Moody, and Vanda Bester, 42 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, one sister Cheris Grinnell, three brothers: Darwin, Richard, and William McCormick, as well as several nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends. Jennet is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Bester, three sons, two step-sons, and a step-daughter.

The Bester family will receive friends at the Hanlin Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm The Funeral services will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday February 23, 2011 at the Hanlin Funeral Home with the burial to follow at the Tuscola Twp. Cemetery, in Tuscola MI. on Wednesday there will brief visitation one hour prior to the services beginning from 10:00 am until services begin. Chaplin Kathy Teeter will deliver the funeral message and the closing prayers at the cemetery.
