MORGAN, Thomas G. – age 62, of Davison, passed away Monday, February 28, 2011. He was born January 28, 1949 to Francis Harrison and Gertrude Mary (Montgomery) Morgan. Thomas graduated from Davison High School and worked for GM Flint Engine South for 43 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Thomas loved classic rock music, the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Lions. His summers were spent mowing the lawn and swimming in the pool. Thomas was known for his great sense of humor. He was a member of UAW Local 659. Thomas married Janet LaFave on December 30, 1985. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be missed dearly and remembered forever.

Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Janet; children, Gina Danko of White Lake, Ellen Morgan of Houghton Lake, Amanda Morgan of Davison and Thomas Morgan of Davison; grandson, Brian Morgan; siblings, David (Beth) Morgan, Nancy (Ted) Turnwald, Lynda (Ed) Pethers, Marion (Jim) Arnold, Marilyn (Ray) Fournier, John (Carol) Morgan and Dennis Morgan; many nieces and nephews. He was welcomed home by his parents and brothers, Joseph and Michael Morgan.

The family welcomes you to share your memories of Thomas on Thursday, March 3, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 pm at the funeral home. A Funeral Liturgy will be held 12 pm Friday, March 4, 2011 at Allen Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski presiding. Burial will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Luncheon will follow at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family
