STEFFEN, Clarice J. (Hilgendorf) –of Flushing, age 78, died Monday, February 22, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be 11 AM Friday, February 26, 2010 at Lamb of God Fellowship Church in Montrose, Rev. Ben Hobson officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Friends may call at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose Thursday from 2-9 PM. She will lie in state at the church on Friday from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM. Contributions may be made to the family.

Clarice was born August 9, 1931 in Flint to the late Ralph and Opal (West) Hilgendorf. She was a resident of Flushing the past 30 years. Mrs. Steffen was employed at Quest Diagnostics for over 20 years retiring in 1997. She enjoyed bowling and fishing.

Surviving are: 3 children, Dawn (Gary) Kendall of Flushing, Kris (Debbie) Steffen of Montrose, Leanne (Joe) Farver of Flushing; 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother Ronald Hill of FL; nieces and nephews.
